Description time table

The activities are divided in Work Packages. One Full Project Meeting (FPM) will be held roughly every six months. We plan to offer an improved version of the web application, called ‘Integrated Pilot’, for each FPM.

In the first half of the project period we will focus on the basic web technology aspects and database functionalities, while the production of the content will be in focus in the second half. More attention will be given to the links with other EU projects and activities in the second half as well.

Milestones (IP1.1-1.4, 2.0) are marked in the time table.

Milestones

Deliverables are indicated in the columns corresponding to the Work Packages. In the column WPc 1 (management), five ‘integrated pilots’ are mentioned. These integrated pilots are accessible only for the EUPHIX team at the RIVM and for the project partners.

These can be roughly described as:

IP 1.1: The web site environment is experimental, the content is implemented as drafts, serving as examples for the first discussion of the structure and content.

IP 1.2: The web site environment is substantially upgraded, the content elements are reviewed, EUphacts extended by the first two EUphoci on smoking and obesity. Some exchange of expertise with project partners has been implemented.

IP 1.3: Limited upgrade of the web site environment; substantial extension of EUphoci and EUphacts, increasingly using the expertise of the project partners, the expert networks and the target group panel.

IP 1.4: Consolidation of web site environment; further extension of indicator-related EUphacts. Focus on sustainability of the system.

IP 2.0: The final product of the EUPHIX project. A functioning prototype including information on a variety of ECHI shortlist indicators, and a set of policy-relevant health EUphoci; a network of experts and the procedures for further maintenance are set up
