In the 3^rd Full Project Meeting (October 2006), the 1.2 test release was presented and discussed. As a result of the proposals made during this meeting, minor improvements have been introduced.

The access to the new 1.3 test release will, as usual, be given to the project partners, authors and reviewers, as well as to the other contributors.

For the first time, the Target Group Panel will also be able to access the pilot website. The panel will be established in the coming months and entrusted with the evaluation of the EUPHIX website.
